We cannot take orders over the phone. You can try placing your order on a different device or browser. Otherwise we are happy to speak with you and see if we can fix any issues you may be having. If you want to edit or cancel your order then please notify us asap using out Contact Us form. Unfortunately once your order has been processed and/or shipped we cannot make any changes or cancellation.
If it has been over 10 business days since you placed your order and you have not received it, please go to our Contact Us page and fill out the form with your order details and we will investigate it for you.
Online purchases cannot be returned to a retail location, they must be returned by mail. Please fill out our Contact Us Form beforehand with your order number, contact information, and nature of the return so that we can confirm we can take it back, before you mail it.
Unopened items or defective merchandise from the MDC Store website can be returned for credit within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns will not be accepted after the 30 day period. The item must be returned in the original packaging, all packaging must be intact with tags attached, so the merchandise can be returned to stock. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be credited.
For purchases made at a physicalretail store location, the customer must return to, or contact their point of purchase.
