For all online returns, you must contact the customer service department to get a return authorization. Use the contact us form and provide as much detail as possible about the nature of the return including your order number and contact information.
Unopened items or defective merchandise from the MDC Store website can be returned for credit within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns will not be accepted after the 30 day period. The item must be returned in the original packaging, all packaging must be intact with tags attached, so the merchandise can be returned to stock. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be credited.
For purchases made at a retail location, the customer must return or contact their point of purchase.
Online purchases cannot be returned to a retail location. They must be returned by mail, after obtaining a return authorization.
For apparel and footwear items, we will accept unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise, with the original sales receipt/packing slip and price tags still attached, within 30 days.
All costs associated with your return are your responsibility. We suggest you obtain a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for lost packages. We cannot refund original or return shipping charges.
Unfortunately, exchanges cannot be processed through the mail. If you would like an exchange, you can return the original item by mail for a refund, and then place a new order for the item you need.
