How do I create an account?

 

Click the 'Account' icon in the navigation bar at the top of the page. It's in between the 'Search' and 'Cart' icons as shown in the image below. You will be redirected to the Login page.



Next click on the 'Create account' link underneath the 'Sign in' button as shown in the image below.



You will be redirected to the Create account page. Proceed to enter the requested information into the provided form, then click the 'Create' button.

 

How do I login to my account?

You will be redirected to the Login page. Proceed to enter in your email and password, then click the 'Sign in' button.

 

How do I reset my password?

 

Click the 'Account' icon in the navigation bar at the top of the page. It's in between the 'Search' and 'Cart' icons as shown in the image below. You will be redirected to the Login page.



Next click on the 'Forgot your password?' link underneath the login in form as shown in the image below.



You will be redirected to the Reset your password page. Proceed to enter your email address, then click the 'Submit' button.

An email with a link to reset your password will be sent to you, click the link and you will be redirected to the 'Reset account password' page. Proceed to enter a new password into the provided form, then click the 'Reset password' button.

 

Placing an order

I am having trouble placing an order online, do you take phone orders?

 

We cannot take orders over the phone. You can try placing your order on a different device or browser. Otherwise we are happy to speak with you and see if we can fix any issues you may be having. Go to our Contact Us page and fill out the form with as much detail as you can about the issue you are having and we will contact you to assist with finding a solution.

 

I need to change my order, who can help with this?

 

If you want to edit or cancel your order then please notify us asap using out Contact Us form. Unfortunately once your order has been processed and/or shipped we cannot make any changes or cancellation.

Where do you ship to?

 

Currently we only ship to addresses in Canada.

 

How long will it take to get my order?

 

We strive to ship out all orders within 2 business days of receiving it. Depending on the shipping location, most customers should receive their order in 7-10 days.

 

I haven't received my order yet, what should I do?

 

If it has been over 10 business days since you placed your order and you have not received it, please go to our Contact Us page and fill out the form with your order details and we will investigate it for you.

 

Returns

Where can I return a purchase I made at one of the MDC retail locations?

 

For all purchases made at a MDC retail location, the customer must return or contact their point of purchase.

 

Can I return or exchange an online purchase at one of the MDC retail locations?

 

Online purchases cannot be returned to a retail location, they must be returned by mail. Please fill out our Contact Us form beforehand with your order number, contact information, and nature of the return so that we can confirm we can take it back, before you mail it.

Unopened items or defective merchandise from the MDC Store website can be returned for credit within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns will not be accepted after the 30 day period. The item must be returned in the original packaging, all packaging must be intact with tags attached, so the merchandise can be returned to stock. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be credited.

For purchases made at a physical retail store location, the customer must return to, or contact their point of purchase.
